1. This is Zverev`s 3rd game this year (d Mayer, lost doubles)
2. He actually stayed on court 55 minutes with Mayer and 50 minutes in doubles game, while Spadea played almost 2 hours with Grosjean, so fatigue is not a problem, or it's a bigger problem with Spadea as he is 34.

Good to be back in 2008 with tennis.

One thing im noticing about Doha is how the favourites are dominating, with not one dog advancing today (all be it with 2 walkovers ). There's a big prize pot here and the faves are bringing their A game.

Ljubicic was impressive and sharp in beating Koubek and although its hard to judge Kohlschreiber' form by only taking out Hernandez and Volandri id expect Ljubicic in an event he seems to enjoy to come through. Here's hoping he keeps that good 1st serve % up in the quarters!
