Losing one of the pair earrings so now the remaining one is next to useless
Start a fashion trend by wearing only one earring or maybe a different one in each ear. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/aWFvbZW.gif" border="0" alt="" title=";)" class="inlineimg" />
Hey Rob... I don’t know... if my choice of accessories is a bit more out there like in my teens then i can pull it off. My current style is usually geared towards that simple but timeless look so it’d just invite questions as to whether I’m aware I’ve loss one. I think I’ll buy an extra pair or something next time  thankfully I know myself very well and I don’t buy expensive stuff.

Finally I read on the AmazonUK site that Margaret Thatcher: The Authorized Biography, Volume Three: Herself Alone will be released on the 3rd of Oct. However, it can't be shipped to the US and no telling when the US will get the book? I don't know why it took so much longer for Vol. 3 than it did for Vols. 1 & 2?

Gee I either misread or they changed their minds? It states it can be shipped to the US.

Has Brexit fried everyone's mind in the UK? Now it is back to saying that the book ^^^ can't be shipped to the US! This time it is typed in red so there is no doubt about a possible misread by anyone.

The post is there now. About the book it started out just in black letters saying it couldn't be slipped to the US then it said in black letters it could be slipped to the US then they went to the red lettering saying it couldn't be slipped to the US. I'm like WTF? Also the dollar is taking a pounding by the pound right now--pun fully intended :p

There is no telling what Donald would try to do :grin2: :wink2: But I must say it surprised me because I had read all this gloom about Brexit hurting the British economy. However, the pound is holding up well :)

Finally the baby of Harry and Meghan is born and now named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. It would not be PC of me to ask what kind of a name is that for a royal baby? So forget I asked  :tape: :ignore:

The thing about Brexit - and it has always been despite many politicians not seeing this - the economic upheaval will not occur until after we have left the EU and do not have trade agreements in place with other nations. If we trade only through WTF rules until we have these agreements in place, Britain will have little say in what goes on. Many people believe that the UK is flourishing in this climate, but many manufacturers and suppliers are hoarding goods and materials in case it all falls apart after we leave. It is a completely false economy.

Oh goodness it sounds like bad times may be ahead which I hate to hear  Of course, is it still certain that the UK can and will leave the EU? That whole situation is somewhat hard for me to follow well from here "across the pond".

Don't worry, it's equally as hard for us living here too. Who knows what is going to happen? There is more talk of who is going to be the next Prime Minister than of what is happening with Brexit at the moment. The Conservative Party still doesn't know what it wants, the Euro-sceptic group of them is already saying they will vote against the next Brexit vote in Parliament in June as a point of principle. The Labour Party is even more divided and keeps on putting out promises that they will re-nationalize certain industries and bodies after they come into power in the next general election (even though one has not yet been called). This new Brexit Party which Nigel Farage - the same one that disappeared as soon as the Brexit vote happened saying his job was done - has recently founded is apparently gaining lots of ground amongst parts of the population despite the fact it has no manifesto or stated party political focus apart from getting us out of the EU. I'm fed up with the lot of them.

When my air conditioning acts up on a Holiday weekend  It's hot here also. But to call out an air conditioning company on a Holiday weekend is big bucks so I hope I can get someone out here today!
