Great idea!

I'd suggest to take only into account players with at least 11 matches played (except for the newest tournaments where i'd at least take 6 matches into account), just to rule out all those who've competed 2 times only and who, despite their success, are really likely to distort the percentages with their 10-0 records. This applies expecially for tournaments which exist since a very long time and whose all-time list could be spoiled by one or multiple top players competing and winning the title there for two years only and then never playing it again (which might also fill the list with multiple odd "100%" entries).

Unless you want to count those too of course. :)
