First full or close to full season.

Crustaceok, Emrys, jpamor, Palin6o, RafaCaliente and Vitor BM didn't play in 2013 at all.

Nightcrawl3r played just six tournaments in 2013. Prakharulz played seven. I played twelve. None of us achieved anything really significant rankingwise, but I took quite a bit more 2013-points than the other two and so had it easier with entry at the start of the year than the other nominees.

Actually it is for players who began TT from September 2013.

I started USO 2013 and have a pretty decent doubles ranking now (Singles is a nightmare though)
