You lost due to your opponent giving a 64 set to Medvedev. Even if that match doesn't get counted (the rule will be amended in the off season) then you lose on GD.

I hope you will add this explanation in the post #103 and #4.
Because Donskoy didn't win 20 (he was ahead 5-1 in the second set when Karatsev retired) and Fognini won 2-1 so your opponent had 1 more SR!
You and your opponent scored no PTS points in round 1 and 2 so it went to GD in round 2. He gave Robert 1 game more so wins.
I have asked the board to double check this is right so send just in case.
Also I would suggest @cah_ sends as well for the same reason.

How he give one game more to Robert ? He gave him 13 games, the same like i did just i gave one game less to Rosol what is more convincing in this case regarding the fact that Rosol lost?

It seems to me that you made a mistake. Supertom lost.
You determined the winner without calculating the GD ?
samanosuke GD=18
supertom GD=20
I'll double check everything later and hopefully the board will get back to me. I've told everyone to send so we'll have to wait for an answer.
I still haven't had a response from the board regarding the two singles matches from R2 where there was doubt about who won, so I've had another look at them.
In the match between samanosuke and supertom I originally gave the win to supertom as he scored 10 points to samanosuke's 9 on PTS1 GD. However, the winner should have been the player who scores the least GD points so that gives the win to samanosuke. Apologies for the mistake.
Having had another look at the match between cah_ and Mesut Ozil I still believe Mesut Ozil wins on PTS4 from the previous round, giving a 75 set to Rosol.
Hopefully these results will be confirmed by the board at some point today.
