Looking through the rankings and NONE of the 30 teenagers in the top 500 have single handers. Right now with there still being a good number of 27 pluses in the top 100, the single hander is still going strong with around 22 players that posses one in the top 100 with only 3 of them being under the age of 27.

The current highest ranked teen of my knowledge with a single hander is Lucas Miedler:

Others of my knowledge:
Santillan

Altmaier:

The future of the single hander look grim. There's a good chance that the players that do posses one might not even make top 100. RIP, such a majestic ground stoke. We'll have to enjoy it whilst it lasts. I'm sure I've missed some so list below any that I have.

So you're saying Thiem will be the last good player with a single handed backhand?
Well, of the era coming up yes judging by the evidence. Hopefully there will be more single handers coming up in the next generations but at this rate Thiem and Dimitrov will be the only decent players with single handers when the current generation ie. Federer and Wawrinka retire.

+Gasquet and GGL (when he's on fire, his bh is beautiful)

A big problem imo, there's not a lot of strong DHBHs like Safin's. Djokovic and Murray are more about consistency than power and none of the big guys have an amazing bh. I'm hoping Rublev can change that.

Oh, and he is left-handed! That's pretty rare: a leftie with the 1hbh - only Feli Lopez and (one of?) Bryan brothers come to my mind.
Guccione, Berrer and your countrymen Llodra and De Schepper.

There was that giant Dutchman too, Thomas Schoorel. Nowhere to be seen these days.
Shoulder injury...

He came back in April, but it has been a flop so far.

While Lucas Miedler still has not managed to get into top-500 in singles, he makes an astonishing run this year at Futures in doubles: 12 titles, 4 finals, 1 SF, and the SF at the only Challenger he played. He, Rublev and Kokkinakis are the only teens in top-300 in doubles, and Rublev and Kokk play tournaments with much more ranking points. So it is still a question if he will be a decent single player, but he can make a good career in doubles.

Bradley Mousley, 19yo:
Bradley Mousley | Rankings History | ATP World Tour | Tennis
He's Australian, so nothing strange that after winning the AO in boys' doubles both in 2013 and 2014, he got a 1 year ban for testing positive for ecstasy last year. He returned this summer, and already made it to top-700 in singles and almost to top-500 in doubles, starting from zero ranking points.

Also, Mathias Haim, 17yo. I don't know what it is with Austria and 1hbh, but 3 of their 5 top teens are one-handers.

Miedler qualifies for Vienna. Despite being low ranked for someone of his age if considered a future main tour player it's good seeing him in the MD.
