I am visualising a potential upset here.... odds are 6.00-7.00...

The kid has talent, modelled his forehand off Nadal and is touted as being a definite top 50 player and someone that could be a severe threat on the clay.

Causing Raonic in a forehand to forehand crosscourt duel.

And four years ago.

I would say Aljaz has gotta fight on his hands here, the courts in Chenhai are mud and unlike Nagal, hasn't played a competitive match since November. Kid's struggling with developing his serve at this moment, but aside from that he is staying with these top 200 pro's already.

Kid served for the match against Basishvili a few weeks back in a futures 10k and beat David Rice. Nothing spectacular, but watch this space I reckon.... Kid's got some spirit in him....

I can't see how you get Nadal's forehand from that video. Anyway, a top player from the country would be good for the game.
I don't know either.

Probably if the guy was named Fegerer, they would have found him a volley or Djogovic a backhand !

Simple minds

BTW 2:6 0:6, he's definitely trying hard to copy Abu Dhabi Rafito but more in scoreline than in gamestyle.

No, you muppet. Look closely and you can see elements of the Rafa forehand in his forehand.

It's you who has the simple mind, because you want it to be made glaringly obvious, before you can say, 'oh yeah, that's like Rafa's'.

The similarity is SUBTLE. SUBTLE. It's not striking. If you look at the way he hits it sometimes, you will feel the similarity. Infact, it's only a simple minded person that wouldn't see it. It's there. High, heavy, powerful, dipping, forehand topspin. Watch carefully.

Reminder : Check this guy's pick before making my own bet.
He's a good advice

 This was a 'PUNT', a throw away lottery ticket or scratch card. A very small stake at crazy odds on a kid touted as having potential. If you ever learn the concept of value, you'll understand this.

You just don't have a clue about modern day tennis, clearly, keep with the wooden racquets mate. :wavey:
