Has this ever happenned before?

In QF, he saved 1 MP serving to stay in match at *5-6 in the 3rd set against Kamil Capkovic
Then he saved 2 MPs in SF against Michael Berrer, who was serving for match at *5-4 and then was up *6-4 in 2nd set TB
Today in final, Alejandro Falla was serving for match at *5-4 in the 2nd set, Bolelli broke back and then saved a MP at **5-6 in the TB

That's what I call a hard fought title

fantastic win for Bolelli, falla looked superior in the first set and when he went a break up for the second time in the second set i thought it was over
Bolelli found his best shots when he was under pressure and the 3d set he dominated

he'll be 65th I think after this win and it's his best ranking

The worst thing is that I bet against him in all 3 of those matches LOL

but all the bets were for some Di Mauro money so fortunately I'm not broke

In men's tennis perhaps it hasn't happened before.
I know only cases with two matches in a row winning after saving MP by one player (this year it has happend twice: Starace in Kitzbuhel and Nieminen in Basel).
Jana Kandarr is probably a record holder in this stats including men and women. She saved match points in 5 consecutive matches (!!!) at Australian Open 2000:
q Żarska 6-2 4-6 7-5 - 1 mp
q Yoshida 2-6 6-2 9-7 - 3 mp
q Parkinson 1-6 7-5 7-5 - 1 mp
1 Dowse 6-4 6-7(5) 8-6 - 3 mp
2 Loit 1-6 7-5 6-3 - 2 mp

sounds too dramatis he actually was serving for his match against Ca[kovic and was broken and by far the better player
