It gives Wimbledon another month reprieve. Better late than not at all. We are talking mid summer - late July- early August.

Well?

Of course it might not matter if the virus is still dropping people like flies.

Respectfully,

Yes why not, as we all know that playing on grass would be impossible later in the year.
Anyhow, even holding Wimbledon at the end of July would be too short. Even if Europe will have control of the situation by then, there will still be a lot of travel restrictions, quarantines periods...which for such an international sport as tennis make things impossible.

I hope not, another wave of The Federest's seizures could prove fatal (for him and for MTF)

They should not. Canceling one international sporting event because it is unsafe and replacing it with another is not a good idea.

Wimbledon has actually held a couple of Davis cup ties in September although of course completely different just playing on one court over a couple of days.

You could've possibly pushed it back to mid September but of course French open has that for now.

Can't really see a grasscourt season as little chance of Queens or Nottingham taking place in early June. Perhaps Halle might be possible with Germany not as badly hit and that becomes an effective Grass master/slam but can't see the point if there's no Wimbledon (Stuttgart might also be possible).
