Nice one genius that is your best ever post in this forum. :worship:NYCtennisfan said:Yes. Enter GWH posting about players whining, etc.
GWH, I think you may have missed the smileys. I know what you think on the subject so hence the joke.I have given my reasons as to why it shouldn't happen, you think it's bullshit. There we've come on agreement and agitated I don't think so.
Smileys I am still getting used to them and as I said we completely disagree on this issue, then again one sees a small picture and the other doesn't.NYCtennisfan said:GWH, I think you may have missed the smileys. I know what you think on the subject so hence the joke.
I don't think your reasoning is bullshit at all. It's completely valid. I see it differently, that's all.
I have been to a lot of Davis Cup ties in different countries and yes you know it's an international event.joeb_uk said:Is it me, or does davis cup lack the appeal of a international country sporting event. I think this is maybe because it is every year. Would be better to have it every 2 years or even 3/4. Maybe that would abit of buzz to the event.
It's done on a rotational system and it's fair and no one is disadvantages with this in the long haul. It wasn't the fault of the rules that Ecuador beat the UK on grass.joeyd2005 said:Keep DC as it is in terms of how often.
I think the rules of home/away ties should be changed, I mean GB have had to put up with a sixth away tie in a row and it's not fair at all. We won't make the WG for a long time because most of the teams we played at home last in the 70s and 80's.
