I think that Serena made a good choice. Why should she play a player who is worned out from playing two matches in one day and yet Serena has only played none?

Don't try to rationalize with ignorant posters. The sisters have competed in the last four Slam finals (in fact, Venus has been in 8of the last 11 Slam Finals), and Serena has won all four. It's obvious that they are working really hard and sacrificing quite a bit of their bodies. If Serena says that she is not able to play, I believe her.
