Re: 's-Hertogenbosch Entry List (T/K)

With a cut off of 71, I don't think it's such a bad list. Not sure if the week after RG makes it better for the tournament though.

I guess I'll be at the qualies again, can't wait for the grass season to begin.

I actually think this is an excellent list for this tournament. Lots of players who know how to play on grass.

Ah, Lu. Finally leaves Challengers when grass season rolls around. Good for him.

Not if he didn't enter in time. Or am I wrong?
Yes, you are wrong. There is no entry list for qualifying.

A creative solution might be a WC for Gulbis in doubles and playing qualies in singles. But I don't know if that's what he would want.

Anyway, he hardly deserves WCs given his season.

He should want that, it would give him extra match practice

When are the qualifiers known? Only the day before the qualy tournament starts?
 I think you've asked this question before for different tournaments.

Yes, the qualifying field is only known when the draw is made. Sign-up is on site.

Haha maybe I have done, but I would like to know who will be in it, too curious. Because now that Mahut is out of doubles too, I hope he prepares grass and will play qualies here. ;)

Short of having information from Mahut himself, there simply is no way of knowing. I would speculate that he will come here though since 1) he has won this tournament before; 2) he has a QF to defend; 3) there are more French players on the EL than in Stuttgart; 4) he definitely will want to play on grass since it's his best surface.

But you will have to wait until the Friday before the tournament starts :p
