Good win Marin. Cilic in the beginning of the third set was excellent!

The first set was the close and Arnaboldi has chances to take the set, Marin was too strong in the TB(Arnaboldi gifted a MB with DF though). Arna disappeared from the second set on and it was one way. Good tournament from him. :yeah:

Cilic plays Mayer(likely) next. It should be a good match.

Very bad first set by Čilić, back to his old ways of hitting every other ball with ram. After winning that he loosen up a start playing like in first round.

What a difference confidence and being relaxed makes in a player. Not sure if there is a player today with such difference in performance based on mood.

True. Marin can transform from a mug to a beast (and the other way around) in a second. His mental (in)stability is terrifying.

I only dare to imagine a player formed with Marin's weapons and Borna's mental strength. It would be an unstoppable machine.
