A kind of "Roger slam"
A kind of "Roger slam"
Generous isnt he, such a candid man! Gotta love him!rofe said:Making up for lost time.Other greats started winning it at a lot younger age so Roger had to do it all in a shorter period of time*.
* Though players like Lendl started winning slams about the same age as Roger.
believe me, it won't be like this once Roger loses a match again.njnetswill said:If we had a thread for every Roger accomplishment this forum would be overloaded. Regardless,Federer.
rubbish. no tennis player is better at 35 then at 25. just look at him on clay these days.jacobhiggins said:I think Andre is a better and more complete player then he was when he was younger, even at 35!
so? who cares about speed if he cant place it well.Roddick can serve how fast?
Even if Roger's competition is not as good as that of champions in the past, which is very debatable, you'll have to agree that Roger has a big margin. Federer's rivals have to improve a lot to start challenging him on a regular basis!hitchhiker said:look at the quality of players these days. Andre is a old bald, slow grandpa and he is feds biggest competition.
Good to know that you are still around, hitchhiker.hitchhiker said:rubbish. no tennis player is better at 35 then at 25. just look at him on clay these days.

safin motivated and fit 5% of the time. muster was better then nadal i think. hewitt a counter puncher with little weapons yet makes semis/finals at almost each slam.
