RG R2: Klizan def. Pouille 7-6 2-6 6-3 3-6 9-7

This feels sooo good....

Vindication.

Now the question is; will Klizan have anything in the tank?

2 hours 50 minutes yesterday, 1 hour 30 minutes today. Tomorrow he is up against Khachanov without any day's rest. Looks tough for him.

Still, at least he reversed his choking at 4th set. Good job Martin.

Klizan for no reason says "today Pouille wanted it more, fought more, and I got lucky"

and gets 2 claps

Klizan, is a warrior and fighter Pouille could never grasp to be.

I only saw the last bit of it, but Pouille definitely choked when serving for the match, and Klizan stepped up his attack.

Pouille’s choke serving for the match was just disappointing. He couldnt even put in a first serve.
