Just seen some highlights ?? Blatant tank is obvious.

What is wrong with some of the Aussies attitudes? Both Kyrgios and Tomic, goes against most things Australians stand for.

I like the assertions that Tomic tanked this match as if he even had a chance playing against Fritz on clay. People remember prime Tomic from what, 2013? And act like he still has those skills today.

Lost 2&2 to washed up Granollers, straight-setted by Bedene, bageled by Millman and won 5 games against Futures player Steven Diez this clay court swing.

The guy has f'd around so much in his career that he is like 20% of what he once was.

The last few games were something to watch. Even Fritz was getting annoyed with how easily he was taking the match... He just whacked balls as hard as he could in Tomic's swinging range, hoping for a bit of a fight that just wasn't there.

At *15-40 in the last game Fritz hit a return winner off a serve which was wrongly given out. Tomic then went to the net to check the mark, saw it was in and, being the fair sportsman that he is and always was, wanted to give Fritz the point and consequently the match. The umpire (or maybe even Fritz himself) declined the offer though and let the point be replayed, but it was still an awesome sign of sportsmanship from one of the fairest players and best rolemodels on tour :yeah:
