[Reuters] Fatigued Rusedski pulls out of New Haven Open
NEW HAVEN, Connecticut, Aug 23 (Reuters) - Ninth seed Greg Rusedski has withdrawn from the New Haven Open, the final U.S. Open warm-up event, because of fatigue.
