I'm a big fan of Richard, but even I know that winning the first TWO sets means very little when it comes to him.

Looking back through the draws, Gasquet has lost 6 times after leading two sets to love. No that doesn't seem too high, but I wonder if anyone else has more?

Wimbledon 2014
French Open 2013
French Open 2010
Australian Open 2010
Australian Open 2009
Wimbledon 2009

Melzer

2012 RG: L. Michael Berrer 7-6 6-4 2-6 2-6 3-6
2008 US: L. Andy Murray 7-6 6-4 6-7 1-6 3-6
2005 W: L. Guillermo Coria 6-3 6-3 2-6 2-6 4-6

DC World Group R1 2009: L. Philipp Kohlschreiber 7-6 6-4 4-6 3-6 3-6
DC World Group R1 2006 L. Mario Ancic 7-6 7-6 4-6 4-6 3-6
DC World Group R1 2004 L. Robby Ginepri 7-6 6-4 4-6 4-6 2-6

So I've got 6 losses from 2 sets to love up for Jurgen.

So Gasquet need to lose at USO from 2 0 to have CYGS. Troicki already have it.
Gasquet is too late now. Troicki got this GOAT choker award; not only he completed Career Choke at Grand Slam (CCGS) but also choked against another all-time GOAT choker, Melzer, at a grand slam after being 2-0 up.

James Blake has 6 losses from 2-0 up:

Australian Open 2002 R2: vs. Koubek 6-4 6-2 4-6 1-6 2-6
Roland Garros 2005 R2: vs. Wawrinka 7-6 7-5 1-6 3-6 4-6
US Open 2005 QF: vs. Agassi 6-3 6-3 3-6 3-6 6-7
Davis Cup 2006 QF: vs. Gonzalez 7-6 6-0 6-7 4-6 8-10
Davis Cup 2009 QF: vs. Karlovic 7-6 6-4 3-6 6-7 5-7
US Open 2013 R1: vs. Karlovic 7-6 6-3 4-6 6-7 6-7

Just those 2 losses to Karlovic are extremely embarrassing seeing that Karlovic has an awful 5-set record himself.

Not to mention that Koubek is himself a big choker.
