For me:

1. Murray
2. Djokovic
3. Federer
4. Nadal
5. Wawrinka
6. Nishikori
7. Tsonga
8. Dimitrov
9. Berdych
10. Cilic

Big gap from the top 3 down. I have Murray-Nole about even with Federer just below.

1. Djokovic
2. Murray (My prediction to win title)
3. Federer
4. Wawrinka
5. Tsonga (if healthy)
6. Berdych
7. Nadal
8. Dimitrov
9. Cilic
10. Raonic

Djokovic is ahead of Murray because he is less likely to be upset/practically a lock to reach the late stages and 50% chance of easier draw (Murray on other side while Murray while most likely have to beat both Federer and Djokovic), but I think Murray actually has the slight edge if they do meet. Federer is a distant 3rd, and everyone else is way behind him. Tbh, I think #4-10 you can place any number of players there, although Wawrinka should probably be either #4 or 5.

Yeah, something like this with Djoker and Murray being 50-50 and with Dimitrov not being in the TOP10 favorites.
