What do you think? I think that it doesn't affect him as much. In fact he plays so much better when the roof is closed, as we see right now against Kukushkin.

Kukushkin is a middle ranked player.

Obliterating a middle ranked player and looking ridiculously good in the process doesn't mean he's good indoors.

he is not playing vs top player.... and also is not the same under roof and INDOOR EVENT - anyway Indoors is worse for him than outdoors - he prefers outdoors, it´s like this most of players play better indoors under perfect conditions while Rafa is opposite while he plays 100% level outdoor maybe 70-80% indoors while others play outdoors 50% indoors 70% for example

Nadal plays fairly poorly indoor and essentially if an outdoor venue has a roof, and closes it, the conditions should logically become a bit more like an indoor event. so its not a myth but obviously Nadal can play great or terrible in any conditions
