Re: Quito Entry List (T/K)

With No.2 seed being a 32nd ranked on the ATP list and with 5th seed being 64th seed Lorenzi - this could be the weakest ATP 250 field ever

Awful promotion for the inaugural ATP 250 tournament in Quito. (or revamp of the old Grand Prix Quito Open if you wish)

it has altitude

i remember in these south american challengers in Quito or some other similar places the big offensive guys had surprisingly good results

Hahahaha its so weird seeing Groth on this entry list, you would naturally think there was an error but nope its Groth

and even more disturbing if one of the 8 seeds withdraw... guess who will be 8th seed in a clay court atp event :spit:

You always have to wait for Newport and Bogota to come. Those 2 tournaments are the summum.

I'm glad that there are ATP tournaments like this one where the lower ranked players can actually get some meaningful points and earn good money, instead living off Challengers.

No better than a challenger.
There aren't that many non top 100 guys here, so yeah, it is better than a CH, with a CH you are lucky to have 1 top 100 guy.

It will be very interesting to see what the WC's will be, it's looking like at least 1 will go to a very low ranked Ecuadorian player.
