96 minutes: G.Kuerten - M.Norman 7-6(6) in the 4th set of Roland Garros final 2000.
I know a couple other sets which lasted more than 90 minutes.

Would be interested to know where they were and involving who if possible?
The record set from RG final involve ATP tournaments.
The longest TB set lasted 107 minutes but it was in Davis Cup.
So, the TB-sets which lasted at least 90 minutes:

107 minutes, DC 2007: Dudi Sela def. Nicolas Massu 6-3 6-4 6-7(3) 6-4 (third set)
96 minutes, RG 2000: G.Kuerten def. M.Norman 6-2 6-3 2-6 7-6(6) (fourth set)
95 minutes, RG 2002: G.Canas def. L.Hewitt 6-7 7-6(13) 6-4 6-3 (second set)
93 minutes, RG 2006: R.Nadal def. PH.Mathieu 5-7 6-4 6-4 6-4 (first set)
92 minutes, Rome 2004: N.Massu def. M.Dell'Acqua 6-7(9) 7-5 6-3 (first set)
90 minutes, Miami 2003: A.Costa def. N.Massu 7-6(6) 6-2 (first set)

I still remember that one, what a great match :worship:, curiously it is the 7-5 on the list, so I kind of a record in some way. :p

I suppose Massu has played the most matches "the best of three" which lasted at least 3 hours.
Massu vs Chela in Auckland 2007 lasted exactly 180 minutes,Massu VS Chela in Madrid 2003 lasted 177 minutes and Massu vs Chela in Acapulco 2002 lasted 176 minutes and of course as above mentioned Massu vs Chela in Acapulco 2007 lasted 219 minutes
