Its not likely unless he stays healthy, continues to play well, and if things fall his way in the draws.

But I will be optimistic as well. And just say yes or I hope so. lol

As much as I would love to see him win one more, I doubt it will happen. Only if he does not run into Feds or Marat I think stands a chance of winning another one.

If he plays in Melbourne like he did in New York then he would have a chance. He'd have to take the 1st set against Rogi though I think thats the only chance he has of beating him.

Andre would have beaten Fed in the final if andre had not played 3 5 set matches back to back. now he has got to a grand slam final and can win 5 set matches again he knows he can do it in aust next year as long as he dose not play to many 5 sets on the way so YES HE WILL DO IT NEXT YEAR

I think he's got a fantastic shot at the Australian Open. This US Open must give him tremendous confidence in his abilities to go all the way. And he doesn't drop many sets at the Australian Open traditionally so he will be fresher when the big match arrives.

Also, remember Leyton Hewitt won Wimbledon? If Agassi gets a draw like what Leyton got, and Federer is upset (it has to happen one year doesn't it?) then Agassi can win Wimbledon absolutely.

Marat? What was it about their 2004 Aussie Open meeting, one Andre should have won (lost first two sets 6-7, 6-7 even though he never should have allowed it to go to TB in the first place), that says that Andre CAN'T beat Marat? Chances are, Marat loses a step after a knee injury.

Andre can beat anybody except for Federer.

One more thing: Andre has to become the best server on Tour. Not in sheer velocity, but % and placement-wise. I am talking 70%. Dre needs "cheap" points like noone else.

Someone who is as experienced, determined and coordinated as Andre needs to make it happen.

Otherwise, he will never beat Fed and will spend too much time/energy on court against other players.

He is definitely capable of winning another major but I just don't think it will happen, which I hate having to admit. I think it's almost impossible to picture him winning another Wimbledon or French. The odds are just very unlikely as it is, and then top that off with the injections he needs.
That kind of forces him to focus on certain parts of the year and concentrate on being rested and healthy to give himself the best chances of winning. Which I think means playing the odds and focusing on the Australian and U.S. Open and having the same results in the French and Wimbledon as the last two years if he even decides to play those events.
The U.S. Open would be very tough with the lack of a day off in between the semi's and finals. Australia would be a possibility though because his record is obviously amazing there and if he is on the right half of the draw, I think he actually could get two full days of rest before the final, so who knows.
I really hope he can do it though, I would absolutely love to see it.

There are only a couple of real grasscourt tennis players still around. Even Roddick is not a grasscourt player despite is fast service. I would think Agassi would beat him at Wimbledon (and everywhere else). Its really all about Federer (he will be upset early one of these years). If Agassi is fit at Wimbledon then he is assured of at least a semi-final. Look at his results over the years. He won it in 1992 and lost 2 semi-finals to Rafter and a few years of quarter-finals earlier. The points are very short at Wimbledon so the pressure on Agassi's back is less. And he knows how to play grasscourt tennis. If he basically skips the claycourt season he will be very fresh for Wimbledon.

It was a terrible lapse in judgement NOT to skip most of clay court season, included RG, both in '04 and '05. Almost caused Andre to retire.

If he goes next year as well, he is an idiot.
