Predicting the future is never easy. It might get even tougher in the upcoming post-BIG3 era (or not yet maybe?)

So why don't we have a little fun and try to predict what will happen in male tennis in the next 13 months?

So here's my question and a little game for you: predict the TOP10 at the end of 2022 season.

For every player you hit the target you get 3 points.
If you miss the target by 1 spot you get 2 points.
If you miss the target by 2 spots but a player is still in TOP10 you get 1 point.
If you predict correctly Year End No. 1 you get extra bonus 3 points.

Examples:
Sinner predicted as no 9 ends 9th (hit the target) - 3 points
Sinner predicted as no 9 ends 8th (missed by 1) - 2 points
Sinner predicted as no 9 ends 10th (missed by 1) - 2 points
Sinner predicted as no 9 ends 7th (missed by 2 or more) - 1 point
Sinner predicted as no 9 ends 6th (missed by 2 or more) - 1 point
Sinner predicted as no 9, ends 11th - 0 points (out of TOP10)
Sinner predicted as Year End No 1, ends no 1 - 3 (hit the target) + 3 (bonus) = 6 points
Sinner predicted as Year End No 1, ends no 2 (missed by 1) - 2 points
Sinner predicted as Year End No 1, ends no 3 (missed by 2 or more) - 1 point

You may place your bets until Sunday 16th of January 2022 (last day before Australian Open starts).

I promise to update to scores after at least every major based on ATP live Race.

Maybe some regular gamers of this forum could join us too?

Prediction: a slump for Djokovic, and two surprise picks: Thiem who will come back strong, and Felix who will have his breakthrough.

I was considering to put Thiem as number one, but held back just a little on the wishful thinking. With so long time being sidelined, the comeback won't be easy.
