The final we all wanted to see, it will be a feast for the eyes!

On one hand we have the multiple Slam champion Stan da Man, who is trying to shake the dust after the tennis hiatus, on the other we have Aslan of Ossetia, Russia. Ossetians are known for their hard work skills and he will for sure be a challange for the top seed.

Can Stan win the first ATP level title of post-covid tennis? We shall see. Vote and get the beers ready for tomorrow's clash.

Will be legally streamed over here ATP

Maybe Stan is just trying to build deciding Set/3 Set confidence, but it's still fascinating to see him win these 3 Setters in the Challenger level. Really shows he can literally lose and win to everyone, really. Quite happy when he's got the correct strategy though, pretty aggressive and also not afraid to miss at times. He also seems to be moving quite well from what I see.

P.S. A Challenger level tournament is technically not "ATP level" so it still won't count on his "titles won"-- still, would be great to finally shake that cloud above his head, show that he can win, and use this as a stepping stone as he doesn't seem to be thinking of retiring soon.

yeah but I meant tourneys organised by ATP rather than ITF

This underdog is having the week of his life, cruising through ATP-level players all in straight sets. Wouldn't be surprised to see him pull off the upset.

Loads of votes coming in for the Russian bear as we speak, it is now %75 versus %25 in favour of Karatsev. MTF fancies an upset!

Wawrinka winning all matches in 3 sets, Karatsev all of them in 2. Still, Wawrinka should be the favourite for the final

The Stanimal does not lose finals (except Nadal on clay)

Stan in 3 is a safe bet. Karatasev should not gamble on it though.

Of course he plays 3-setters the entire week but wins in straights in the final. Probably didn't want to risk anything with the title at stake.
