Hey all,

Well, once again Juanqui loses in the third round at the US Open, but lets look on the plus side. He still defended all his points from last year, he did fight, and I'm not sure, but there's a chance he may have enough points to have passed Moya and Costa. Depends on how many points you get for reaching the third round, but if it's more than 8, he's done it. Lets hope ole' Pistol Pete helps us out and takes out Haas so that he doens't pass JC...if he hasn't already. Anyway, just thought I would post, as I'm very depressed about this right now. I can't buy match! All of my favs have lost or in the process of losing! Stop the Madness!

I thought Haas had already passed him . . . but perhaps I'm thinking, "entry system", where Haas is #2, Juanqui is #5, and Sampras is #37

RACE POINTS:

Juan Carlos gets 15
Albert Costa gets 7
Carlos Moya gets 7

Juan Carlos had to defend 15
Albert Costa had to defend 30
Carlos Moya had to defend 15

So it looks like Juan Carlos is passing the other two Spaniards, for 5th place!

this is so sad. I hope Juanqui will do great for the rest of the season.

He's now in the 5th in Champ race, but Haas and Roddick are very close to overtake his position. I like Haas but can't root for him anymore because he's just 8 points behind. Roddick just beat Alex:fiery: I'll send all the vibes to Chela for him to beat Roddick next round.

Ferrero, Moya, and Costa are all tied in the race.

cheer against Haas?! no way!

Ferrero will have a great fall season, will win both TMS titles in Paris and Madrid, and he WILL qualify for the Masters Cup! i know it!
