Going to extend this to beyond open era, though a lot of players never played all four (especially the Australian Championships), but here's a list atm - I believe I've come across every player to have achieved this through my research, but obviously fire away with additions if I have missed any :)

Berdych should be next at USO and Delpo if somehow be top 8 seeded, maybe will finally make Wimbledon QF.

gonzález and nalbandian seem to be among the few of that list who never won a GS

also, shouldn´t djokovic be on it?

Delpo will make the list if he wins tomorrow
so will Pics. Possibly a first where this particular match-up situation has arisen? (probably not)

Three of my four favorites are on the list, two in the win section (Federer and Nadal) and one (Juan Carlos Ferrero) who at least made the quarterfinals. Hopefully "Pics" will make the list tomorrow.
