Some nice match-ups tonight:

Canas over Boredo @ 1.72

Both have similar styles of game, but Canas is simply better at it. He has dropped somewhat in the 2nd half of the year, but he should still be good enough to beat this chump.

Baghdatis over Davydenko @ 2.70

Although Davydenko is defending champ, he has both TMC and a Davis Cup final coming up. He really shouldn't be wasting his effort here. For those of you who followed the Del Potro-Davydenko game yesterday, if DP had converted one of those set points in the 1st set, I'm pretty sure Davy would have throw it in the same way DP did.

Berdych over Ferrer @ 1.60

The former champ here was outstanding against Ancic, and he still has a chance at qualifying for Shanghai. Froggy on the other hand will devote more practice time to his Mandarin phrasebook.

Gasquet over Blake @ 1.80

Classic match-up between the purist and the ball bashing hack. Hopefully Richie will tell Mr. Freedom Fries where to go stick them.

Youzhny over Haas @ 1.75

Haas hasn't been looking great recently, and the General is playing like a man possessed.

Nalbandian over Federer @ 4.50

The real world #3 played his best tennis of the year in Madrid, and I expect him to continue it here. Should be a solid battle, but don't expect Roger to over-exert himself ahead of Shanghai.

Wawrinka over Nadal @ 4.50

If Nole can tank, why not Rafa too? :D

Haas over Youzhny @ $2.08 - You clowns on Youzhny - save your money. Haas is going to win. Sure Haas hasn't looked good recently but the man is in contention to get into the Masters Cup for the first time in quite a while. It's a big moment in the man's career. After his solid start to the year, I cannot see him waste the effort he's done over the last 2 years to get back to solid tennis. To lose this match here would be a waste of time with the hard work he's put in and if he loses this match, he should retire. I cannot see Haas dropping this game and that fact alone is the reason to pound the living shit out of this German because he is going to win in straight sets. Straight sets I hear. Haas will win this whole tourny and seal his spot in the top 8. Haas is the man. Haas will be the man and Haas will prevail! Haas! Haas! Haas!

Nalbandian over Federer @ $3.90 - Federer will be taking it easy. He was taking it easy against Karlovic and still won. Nalbandian will be a different story.

Gasquet over Blake @ $1.70

Canas over Robredo @ $1.67 - Canas is the man

Badghatis over Davydenko @ $2.55

Good luck!

 Bolar's boyfriend back in town...sorry champ, not convinced he will win this one. GL!

Really like spooky's analysis on today's games...agree with practically all of it. Just can't bring myself to put my money where my mouth is, though.

Ferrer 2.70 over Berdych

Every spaniard kicks his ass
I'm joining you here, I already picked Ferrer on Tuesday @ 2.41, again, I should have waited

Also Wawrinka has a good chance. I've seen only a couple of games of his last 2 matches but his results indicate that he's on fire. I didn't expect him to beat Kiefer in straights and the scoreline against Chela was pretty much convincing. He definitely has a chance.

Wawrinka @ 4.8

I will take Nalbandian on live betting if he loses the 1st set or goes a break down, but it will depend on how well he's gonna play

Donkey has never cared about Davis Cup. Can't see that as being a factor of any potential tanking today. But yes Baghdatis can outplay him and win for sure, lets hope he serves well

Haas stated earlier this week in an interview that he`s not really keen on playing Shanghai! He said he only wants the long long hard season to be over now!
Of course it would be ok for him to qualify for the championship but due to the fact he isnt 100% fit he doesnt see himself having a real chance in Asia...
