Jaziri played well towards the end of the match. He took a MTO in the first set, but it looks it wasn´t that serious. Edmund doesn´t look like some grass court specialist or sth like that.

Re: Nottingham, R1: Jaziri def. Edmund 7:6(5), 7:6(5)

Yeah, Edmund seems to need a bit more time to wind up the forehand.

Jaziri was kinda piling it on at the end of s2, shortening points, didn't look happy with the knee at all. I had the impression if he'd lost the set he wouldn't have tried too hard in s3.

Need to get a Master of Loops on that squash shot forehand winner from Jaziri in the second set. Think it was the 5-5 game.

It was annoying that he smashed a second serve return into the net after saving 5 match points already.

Disappointing result, but grass is Kyle's worst surface so it could've been worse.

Edmund seems to do poorly in ATP events. Doesn't seem to be a big fan of grass though so hopefully he can get some decent results on North American hard.

And people were saying this bloke is deserving more of a Wimbledon wildcard than Lleyton Hewitt. Who wants to see that kind of tennis?
