The rule that says its alternates who gets in after 6 pm.. He would have gone in if Przysiezny had withdrawn in time? Makes not much sence to me
I think it makes perfect sense.

Players need some advanced notice as to where they have to be. With the way the tour is structured, a player could be anywhere in the world.

With the IN line constantly moving (Alt #14 was the last IN yesterday, now its #41!), there needs to be a cut off time - and it needs to be one suitable for as much as the world and for as much of the year as possible, which is why it happens before alternate sign-in deadline for european events.
