Borg won for 5 consecutive years at Wimbledon

Federer won for 5 consecutive years at Wimbledon and at the USO

Nadal won for 5 consecutive years at Roland Garros

Add the fact that Nadal's level is subpar in 2015 and a new RG winner looks likely this year.

No male player in the open era won for six years in a row at the same slam.

These are all good historical titbits which are portrayed to predict Rafa is not winning RG 2015.

I am NOT saying he is going to win it.

BUT , if he were to win RG for 6 in a row, 10 Total, people like you hae inadvertently glorify RAFA.

Don't u think by agonising over one player's predicted defeat, their win will make you more bitter

Just saying

If Rafa were to do it here are the following statments we can see in MTF

One surface wonder
IT is Clay afterall
Rafa and RG organizers make the ball bounce higher on the other side
Weak clay era

BUt, MTF will surprise us all by coming with newer inventions..

Nice observations Emerson.

Dull is done winning slams, it's matter of time everyone will accept including Dull camp.

You forgot the most important thing.

Nadal's luck.

As they say "can't believe Dull's luck," "Dull got lucky," "weak draw". :D

JMac in 1981, Nadal in 2008 and Del Potro in 2009 won instead of the player who was going for six in a row.
