Gulbis and Kohlschreiber winning the 2 titles today. Great, great day for tennis!

They both need to bring their A-game in RG! They could do some damage.

Anyway, 2nd different surface win for Gulbis now this year (Indoor Hard, Clay) -- I wonder if he could fare well in Grass.

If Gulbis wins a Slam would you still use the same reply?

NID. That overrated mug is no match for the Real #8. 6/6 and first clay title for Finalbis. Now Gulbis must set his mind to the competition that really matters, this was just a vulturing/warm-up/training session. Hopefully he gets to play his first match on Tuesday. And even though Gulbis hasn't produced anything note worthy in Slams in years, it would still be a pretty big dissapointment if he didn't make it to the 4th round and face Federer.

That game at 5*:6 in the second set was a thing of beauty from Gulbis - he won 4 points in a row by hitting perfect dropshots. Amazing stuff.

Real world #8 marches on. Good match, he won his serve game to love in the 2nd set with 5*-6 doing 4 consecutive drop shots.

Congrats to Gulbis, really great stats, 6 titles from 6 finals, yes all just 250s but still great record. I hope he will now make it to RG R16 - last year he lost to Monfils in R2 i think so at least he will gain points and go up in ranking again
