I remember when an earthquake happened in Italy and couldn't sleep for weeks.. hopefully people in Nepal can get all the help they need, I'm not religious nor do I pray, but I really hope everything goes well from now on..

Depending on the type of earthquake, most of the energy exerted by the plates (divergent or convergent) would have been released.
But you never know, its a very active plate and another pressure point could be released.
