He might be playing some clay tournament I heard soon, so he could if he wins one of those and then wins a match or two in the hard-court season.

But that's the only time he's won 6+ consecutive I believe.

USO? Asia? he sure as hell won't be a factor indoors? or should we await next year? maybe never?

nah....It'll be a scrape, one-off performance if he ever pulls his shit together..His days as top 2 dog in the game are all but over, IMO..

Nadal's peak level is right around the corner, its just that every single opponent out there believes they can beat him. Once that happens they will put a life time performance against you.
Berdych put up a life time performance in Australia.
Nadal was gonna lose to Djokovic sooner or later at FO.
Wimbledon early exit just like any other year.
