You have to PM one of the "Premium Member Commitee" members and put forward your case. Why you deserve premium membership, links to posts where you have displayed "premium posting" etc etc.

Linda was joking - you'll have to get a payed account, i.e. a premium or lifetime account. Check your User CP on the details.
