Most already know he has mentored him a fair bit in the past. I remembering him playing doubles with him too at an ATP.
I just seen a video on my friends insta page (functionaltennis) of him basically coaching him at the academy. Its great to see. He is so passionate as seen in Laver and Davis cup too. I cant believe I used to dislike him in the past.
Is it unusual that a pretty decent player like Munar is training in the academy of another pro though?
Munar has no weapons. Still remember how Paire destroyed him in Morocco (if I'm not mistaken). A decent player but needs to find a way to become more aggressive.
Both the Nadal and the Munar are ancient, prominent Majorcan families, part of the island's establishment since long. Majorcan society is very insular and endogamic. It's totally normal Rafa helps Jaume, as Moyá did and does with Rafa.
