It was a bit muggy out there. Melzer played well in the first, especially when he served for it. Once Murray broke in the second it was never in doubt.

Melzer was so good at the net, but he was up and down with his shots. Murray was shaky too but prevailed at the end. Ivo could test Murray. Andy would need to step up and play better against Karlovic.

What was ugly? Granted I didn't see all the match, but I saw nothing that Murray did that Melzer did not do as well. And Melzer had a go at one of the linesmen after the match was over, which is really not on.
