Taking peak Federer aside, the other 3 big 4 peaks are not even that unplayable.

Anyway, do you mean from active players or all time?

All time I'd have to say Sampras, sadly.

I mean until then, not about his current career.. By 2008 I never saw Nole playing so damn insane, specially not on clay.

6th seeded, 2009 free-hitting, pre-hugs Pony got past a tricky Cilic before destroying Nadal, then saved tennis by beating Fed in the final. By the 3rd set and under relentless pressure, Fed became more and more indignant that Pony refused to go away so easily like previous opponents--Pony wasn't following the script!. Beside himself, Fed seized the media moment and turned on the hapless umpire Garner in predictable fashion ("Don't you this, and f**k that, and s**t this!"). By the 5th, Fed folded like a tent of questionable quality, and it was one of the happiest moments in my life.

Also, all soderling needed was heavier conditions despite what nadal's gimp fans say. Sadly, Djoker's weather forecast wasn't as fortunate as Monte Carlo's.
