In your opinion, which all-time players are/were the most difficult to beat at slams?

The choices are:

sampras, federer, nadal, borg, agassi, connors, laver

How about federer vs nadal? Who do opponents "Fear" more, or find it more difficult to defeat in a grand slam match?

I think right now it's Nadal. Djokovic is the only one who doesn't seem to choke against him nowadays. Nadal is so mentally tough and while I don't like his style of play, I have to give him credit for that. Even when he's down 5-2 and the other guy is serving for the set, I still think he can find a way to turn it around and he does. Nadal's record in five setters is a testament to how scrappy he is. Federer's game is more devastating but Nadal is a better fighter.
