I just noticed that Fed, after losing to Feña in Shanghai, did not only win every set he played, he didn't even had to go into "overtime"... does anyone know if that is some kinda record? I know a while ago there were some stats on most consecutive sets won, but obviously 7-5s and 7-6s were included in those as well...

Here is the list, 15 sets and counting:

Shanghai:

Davydenko: 6-4 6-3
Roddick: 6-4 6-2
Nadal: 6-4 6-1
Ferrer: 6-2 6-3 6-2

Melbourne:

Hartfield: 6-0 6-3 6-0
Santoro: 6-1 6-2 6-0

How many more to come?

All the best,
feuselino

GOD, stop with this please. Straight sets record doesn't matter at all, the only thing important is to keep the hard work and fight for the positive result.

[edit] 5 sets now that Federer doesn't lose 4 games in the same set. Must be an all time record.
