Federer in Wimbledon. Nadal is really falling fast, straight set loss in his best slam and with crushing numbers.

Djokovic does everything better than Nadal. On the other hand Fed does have a better serve and better volleys/overheads. Maybe he can win at wimbledon at an age where he is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past his prime.

Fed is top 5 favorite on surface other than clay. Nadal is top 3 fav on clay behind Nole, Andy, maybe Stan, top 10 on other surface.

Wimbledon 2014: Djokovic def. Federer 6-7(7) 6-4 7-6(4) 5-7 6-4
Roland Garros 2015: Djokovic def. Nadal 7-5 6-3 6-1

The answer is quite obviously Federer, who will always be an outsider with his serve. This isn't WTA where a sick 33 year old with bad movement can snatch up a slam at Roland Garros, where movement should be the most important, on her worst surface while playing the worst tennis of her career.

Nadal is far more likely to win another Slam.

Both can fluke a slam, however very unlikely at this point.
Nadal could have a better shot at USO than Federer at Wimbledon.

Nadal was in the AO final (could have easily won it) and won RG last year though.

Yeah, but Nadal's level has spectacularly dropped since then, while Federer's has stayed more or less the same. To be clear, I don't think that Nadal will return to his old level, like Murray did.

Nadal is well on his way to Finland now, Federer is in Estonia.

Nadal. He will bounce back, you can bet that.

Federer level can't go higher anymore than his 2014 one, and that was not enough. While Nadal can peak again like he did in 2013, which he won't but even 50/75% of that will be enough.

Also, Fed can pretty much only win Wimbledon. Nadal have a chance at AO, RG and USO. And even Wimbledon, you can never know with him.

Federer just had an identical claycourt season as Rafa had (and he played terrible on clay all year).

That should answer the question. Seriously, Nadal is absolutely done. Djokovic gave us the final answer, not by beating Nadal in RG, but doing it without effort.

Nadal would be crushed by Murray and Wawrinka anyway. His FH down the line beauty is history (just like Federer's domineering FH is history). When he gets outstretched on his BH he can only slice (and not like Federer still can slice), its almost sad to see the old beast fighting for his life without teeth.

Nadal surely won't ever regain his pre-2014 self, but equally i do think he could get back to not being clowned by the likes of Fognini on Clay and Verdasco..What is helping is that no youngster or group of them is taking the tour by a storm by the looks of it Even the much ballyhooed 1995-1997 generation look vulnerable and inadequate..Djokovic will probably suffer a lull here and there...One thing that Nadal should seriously try to work on is try to rediscovers the serving touch of USO 2010/2013 or something close in terms of efficiency..It is pathetic how someone with his physical build has such toothless first strike shot...
