Absolutely flawless from the most under rated player on tour. Less than hour played

Anything is Pospisil

Amazing player

And some folks thought I was wrong to assume he'd beat Karlovic lol

Yes my praise for Pospisil is more general as i hate how over looked he is but Shapovalov indeed horrid lately

Did not see this, am surprised by the result, but I know Posp has it in him to play incredible tennis.
He needs some wins more than Denis so I'm all for it

Shapovalov has huge deficiencies on the return of serve, will never achieve anything of note if that doesn't improve.
Especially in body serves...

i wouldn't bet on too many "seeds" in 250 tourneys. same w dimitrov. motivation in these cases is lacking.

Good performance form Pospisil. Shapovalov played like booty but good to see Pospisil still beating some top 20/30 players as I like his game.

Pospisil's game is aesthetically pleasing, at least for my eyes, classic tennis without too much mambo jumbo, I like him, good luck Vasek

You can almost never really bet on players like Karlovic, Isner etc. as they can beat and lose to literally anyone lmao.
Even form clearly applies to them.

And Karlovic had done nothing over the last 12 months that would lead someone to believe he could beat Posp

Inconsistency you'd expect from a 20 year old.

Not a good start of the week for NextGen players.

Already out: Shapovalov, Humbert, Ymer, Sinner, Popyrin
Still in: Auger-Aliassime, Moutet, Ruusuvuori

Interesting to see how this will continue.
