You didn't even see shit. If you watched the start of the match, you would have seen Milos break Muller who was getting almost all of his first serves in. You would have seen Milos clearly have the advantage in any neutral rally, and you would have seen almost no returns in play from Muller.

But oh no, we should listen to a debbie downer who didn't even see a single point.
who's to say things wouldnt change?

I'm not saying Milos was a guaranteed winner, but I'd put his odds very high after just the first three games of the match.

You on the other hand have a very strong opinion based on not watching anything, which you are parroting everywhere and which is identical to your opinion before the match. Since you didn't see a single point of the match, I have a hard time taking your posts seriously.

I just can't believe it.
Really bad luck, I got up from my nap and saw this.
I'm really sad... And I just can't believe Rafito's luck.

Its pointless really to argue. Just acts as encouragement.

Bad luck, but next hard courts! Great opportunities in the next couple of weeks to get into top 20.
That really depends on how bad his injury is.

If is just something he can recover from quickly then I agree he has his chances to make top 20 if he plays well.

I wouldn't be surprise to see Milos not make the top 20 this year thou..

We will just have to wait and see how bad the injury is. Normally the groin is a very bad area and needs to be back to 100 percent or else it is really easy to re-aggrevate

According to the Toronto Star, Raonic spend the rest of the day at a local hospital getting an MRI. The Star report said Raonic had a hip injury.

"I knew right away. I didn't think I could even lift my leg. It was a pretty sharp pain...it's too soon for a diagnosis on what it is. But it's something pretty deep in the hip."
 poor Milos... hope he gets better soon.

Yeah, he was playing well and intense during those first couple of sets.

I agree that he should skip Davis Cup, and focus on recovering for US/Canada hard court season.

Looks like it is not a severe injury, just a ligament strain. Seems like he is targeting a return for DC, hopefully he isn't rushing it, but obviously it's hard to say without knowing more details.

Story

“It was an unfortunate situation in yesterday’s match, but (I'm) looking forward to returning to Wimbledon in 2012," he said. "I have since been working with the doctors, and I strained some ligaments around my hip and doing some more tests just as a precautionary measure. I am hopeful that I will be back practising in the very near future and looking forward to Davis Cup."
Good news, I was worried that it could have been a more substantial hip or groin injury.

I hope so as well. I don't consider DC to be important enough to play injured.

And if he does go, Laurendeau better not sign him up for 3 matches again like against Mexico. That certainly won't help things

Can we bring him to DC and have it so that he would only play the last singles match (if required)?

Anyways, very good that it isn't too severe. I think his problem on the play was that he slipped, started to regain his footing and then slipped again.
