Horrible first set and iffy next two. At least Drew's through. He's probably losing to RBA in 3R though.

I don't think so. He's a good enough returner to break Isner once and his groundstrokes are on a different level from Isner's.
Did you see those kick serves from Paul today? On these courts i am sure Isner would hold serve 90% of the time only using the kick serve... (unless they play at night)

There's just something interesting when big hitters get frustrated against big servers — Paul's BH looks really good though maybe even Top 20 good.
I cannot agree with that, sure unlike someone like Sock he can hit winners with it but it leaked a lot of relatively easy mistakes, he did most of the damage with his forehand.

Worst match Rublevs played all year but he won it.

I think he's a lock to be top 10 for next 5 yrs if he doesnt get injured

Haven't watched it. So was Paul that good or Bweh below his normal level?

Andrey has been struggling since Miami despite making a deep run. He looked tired, unmotivated, his FH is less lethal.
Being pushed to the limit by scrubs isn't a good sign.

Tommy's a dangerous player on clay tbf, nearly beat Thiem at the 2019 FO
