Re: Qualifying Entry List (T/K)

Only 13 players IN ?
It's the standard for main draws with 32 players. 13 in QD + 3 WC. 2 rounds, 4 quaifiers.

Re: Qualifying Entry List (updated May 27, 2015)

I imagine they'll do all they can to get all the qualifying matches played on the grass and avoid going indoors (& spectatorless). As the draw is smaller than previously, it might be easier to get the final rounds fitted in around rain showers. Fingers crossed.

In the past they had to play three rounds of qualifying over 2 days (up to 28 matches) and then had a very busy schedule on Monday due to the 56 man draw (as well as a 24 team doubles draw). With smaller draws for both qualifying and main draw it wouldn't cause a serious problem if the final qualifying round got pushed back until Monday so I suspect they would do that rather than go indoors.

That's good. Who's got the other 2 QWC's?

No idea and since Rublev is still in the Moscow challenger (Singles and Doubles) he is extremely unlikely to be taking up his wild card.

EDIT: Although having seen the OOP for tomorrow he should be done by mid/late afternoon so if loses in singles and doubles he would have time to make it to London. That being said I would question the value in trying to play Queen's qualifying without having any grass court practice.

I wonder if any Brits will get wildcards although will they want it when they have a much better chance of progressing at ilkley challenger?
Ilkley challenger looks a better bet but you do get about £500 for losing first round qualifying of an ATP 500.
