Kpulun, aged 28, has really shown himself to be one of Sierra Leone's finest tennis exports over the last few years. Now ranked at world #1428 thanks to a blistering run through USA F23 where he won back-to-back matches for the first time in his career (defeated Marvin Barker and Terence Nugent), Kpulun also managed to reach the second qualifying round of the Los Angeles ATP 250 tournament by defeating Zack Fleishman.

So, what does 2012 hold in store for this young maestro? Nobody knows, but one thing is known for certain, no-one is safe when Sahr Timothy Kpulun shows up on court...

Thanks for the stat Pipsy:yeah:

I reckon that at his age he may get a few good results in Future events but that`s all. All the best for him though

Like many players ranked around the 1000 mark, one thing Sahr has working in his favour is his unknown-handedness. Being ambidextrous, Sahr has the ability to play forehands off both sides and has a wicked wide slider when serving to either court.

I have not seen his name is tournaments lately. He started showing up late last year in many US futures.
