Are players getting any appearance fee to play Laver Cup or are the doing it out of generosity for the "God of Tennis"?

The star power of the players playing is enormous and one could conceivably see each one demanding in the six figure range or even seven figures. Any body know if the Laver Cup last year in prague generated profits?

I must be tough for Djokovic to play for someone like Federer, who has disrespected him so often in the past. So the money must be huge for him at least.

Remember last year, when they always tried to make it look like team captains were nominating players and players felt honoured to be selected (as if it was Ryder Cup). Mainstream Federer fans probably fell for it.

They got a lot of big stars for both years now, only Rafa and Delpo baling out. Imagine if the event flops or falters this year because of the novelty wearing off, it will be harder next year to lure so many big name stars. But there are a lot to choose from - Tsip, Shap, Fognini, Kokkinakis, Monf, Gasquet, etc could be suitable subs.
