Hopefully Dominik can continue his fairly good play in Russia! He has historically played fairly decent here. He is the second seed, and matched against Cyril Saulnier in the first round. Saulnier can be a crafty player, but lately has hasn't exactly been in very good form. They aren't playing on Monday, so I'm assuming he will on Tuesday.

He is also seeded fourth in doubles with Jaroslav Levinsky. They face Muller/Tursunov in the first round.

Good luck!!!

Cyril won 4-6 6-3 6-3. Ugh. I did not watch this, so I have no clue how it went down, but losing to Cyril (even indoors) right now is not very good. Hopefully Dominik will forget about this as quickly as possible.

I guess it was just a really bad day for Dominik, because I certainly didn't expect a loss either. After seeing that Dom won the first set I went to bed, only to awake to a surpise loss...

It's frustrating, there's no doubt about it.

God he needs more consistency, otherwise he beats the top guys but he can't be a top 10 as well. Finger crossed he will change this bad habit.

It pales in comparison to singles success, but Dominik and Jaroslav beat Kiefer/Pavel 0-5 5-4 5-4. Andreev/Davydenko are next in the semis!
