Kubot fell behind the early break, but recovered and wasn't really tested much thereafter. Rosol can't play on hardcourt. Too many errors and shoddy footwork. After the shaky start Kubot played pretty decent, aggressive and hit several winner returns. Good match from him after such an extended absence from the game.
Well, at least he tries. His form has been awful pretty much since that great run at the end of spring. But I completely expected him to fall to Earth. He's not a guy who can maintain a top 100 level for a year, IMO.
