Kozlov didn't blow him off. He hugged him back, but didn't give him a really big hug because obviously he's disappointed at losing. And he said some nice words for his friend Frances after the match.

This was a great match, the first 5-setter final in like 30 years at Kalamazoo and so there is absolutely no warrant for calling Kozlov a "douchebag pusher." Saying horrible things about a 17-year old kid, or any great tennis player's game, is much more characteristic of the behavior of a douchebag.
